- Tomatoes – vine ripened or heirloom
- Oregano – preferably fresh
- Pangallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
- Slice the freshest firm tomatoes, vine ripened or heirloom work best. If using heirloom you can select various colours for added interest (quantity will depend on the size of your dish and number of people).
- Spread across a flat platter
- Sprinkle generously with fresh oregano
- Drizzle even more generously with Pangallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
